Design Process

- Describe your tattoo idea in full detail and the location on your body
- Send reference images so Chino can visualize and design the tattoo properly
- Send a photo of the body area where you want the tattoo
- We will not copy other artists' designs. Reference images must not be other tattoos
- At the beginning of your consultation, we will discuss and finalize your design together
- Designs are not prepared prior to the session. Chino will design with your direct input

 Pricing & Deposit

 A $50 deposit is required to book a consultation
- The $50 deposit is applied toward your tattoo if you proceed
- For larger projects, a deposit of 10% of the total estimate is required to secure your appointment
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Payment is due at the end of each session
- We accept Venmo and cash only
- Card payments include a 3% processing fee — cash payments do not

Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Please notify us at least 7 days in advance if you need to reschedule
- Cancellations or reschedules with less than 7 days notice will forfeit the deposit
- A new deposit will be required to rebook after a late cancellation
- You may reschedule once without losing your deposit
- No-shows forfeit the deposit and we will not be able to work together

 Appointment Preparation

- Do not drink alcohol for several days before your session
- Eat a meal before your appointment to prevent low blood sugar
- Shave the area to be tattooed before arriving
- Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the tattoo location
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be canceled without a refund

 Health & Safety

- You must be 18 or older to get tattooed
- Notify us in advance of any allergies, health conditions, or contraindications
- Notify us if you have felt ill or been exposed to illness within the past 14 days
- A client waiver will be sent once your appointment is confirmed Please fill it out at least 24 hours before your appointment

By paying your deposit, you agree to all terms above and acknowledge that the deposit is non-refundable for any reason.
